Delete directly in the App

1. Sign in to VikarStyrken.
2. Open More.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

Deletion normally begins immediately. A final company owner must transfer ownership before deleting the account.

Request deletion from the web

You do not need to reinstall the App. Email info@vikarstyrken.dk from the address connected to your account with the subject VikarStyrken account deletion request.

Include your account email and whether the account is a temp worker or company account. Do not send your password or CPR number. We may request reasonable identity verification before processing the request.

What is deleted

• Your authentication account and personal profile.
• Your encrypted CPR number and worker profile, where applicable.
• Your push notification tokens.
• Your applications, assignments, and other user-scoped records where deletion is legally permitted.

What may be retained

Shared company records and records required for accounting, employment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations may be retained, restricted, or anonymized. Encrypted backups expire within 14 days.

Processing time

In-App deletion is normally immediate after validation. Email requests are handled without undue delay and normally within 30 days after identity verification.
