Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VikarStyrken mobile application ("App") operated by VikarStyrken.dk ApS ("VikarStyrken", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to work in Denmark to use this App as a temp worker. Companies must be registered Danish businesses with a valid CVR number.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your real CPR number if registering as a temp worker.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All new accounts require admin approval before accessing full platform functionality.
• Email verification is required to activate your account.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

Temp Workers: You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile information, applying only for shifts you can fulfil, and arriving on time for assigned shifts. Providing false CPR information may result in immediate account termination.

Companies: You are responsible for providing accurate shift details, fair and non-discriminatory applicant review, and complying with all applicable employment and labour laws for workers you engage through the platform.

VikarStyrken facilitates connections between companies and temp workers but is not a party to any employment relationship formed through the App.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, discriminate against, or defame other users.
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts without authorization.

5. Approvals and Moderation

VikarStyrken operates a controlled marketplace. The admin/owner reserves the right to approve or reject accounts, shifts, and assignments at its sole discretion. Decisions are final.

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal data, including sensitive CPR data, in compliance with GDPR.

7. Notifications

The App sends email and SMS notifications for critical events (shift assignments, cancellations, reminders). Standard messaging rates from your carrier may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of VikarStyrken.dk ApS and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VikarStyrken does not guarantee that shifts will be available, that applications will be approved, or that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

VikarStyrken's total liability arising from your use of the App is limited to the amount you have paid to VikarStyrken in the preceding 12 months (if any). VikarStyrken is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost wages or business losses.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the App. VikarStyrken may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are resolved in Danish courts with Kobenhavns Byret as the agreed jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email.
